3. USE OF THE PORTAL: ROSOL TECHONOLOGY S.L.U web site may use Cookies. Check out our Cookie Policy at this link. The present web portal www.rosol-technology.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter “content”) belonging to ROSOL or its licensors, which the USER may have access. The USER assumes the responsibility of the use of the portal. This responsibility is extended to the registry that would be required to access to certain services or content, if necessary. In the mentioned register, the USER will be responsible for providing true and lawful information.
As a result of the registration, a password may be provided to he USER, who will be responsible, undertaking to make a diligent and confidential use of it. ROSOL reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate the dignity of the person, which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, which violate the youth or childhood, order or public security or that, in his view, they were not suitable for publication. In any case, ROSOL will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or any other tools of participation.
4. DATA PROTECTION: ROSOL complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th,
of Data Protection of a Personal Nature, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st, which approves the Regulation implementing the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any time, and sailing to ensure proper use and treatment of personal data of the users. To this end, along with every form of collecting personal data, in the services that the user may request to ROSOL, if appropriate, shall inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions of the

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: ROSOL is the owner or delegated holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights covering the ROSOL website, and of the content thereof (including but not limited, images, sounds, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, choice of material used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) directly held by ROSOL. All rights reserved. In pursuance of the provisions in Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Copyright Act, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, distribute and disseminate publicly, including the making available modality, of all or part of the contents of the webpage for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the authorization of ROSOL. The USER undertakes to respect the Property and Industrial Rights ownership of ROSOL. The USER may view the elements on the portal and also print them out, copy them and store them on the hard disk of his/her computer or on any other physical medium as long as it is exclusively for his/her personal and private use. Consequently, making the said elements available, as well as the transformation,
distribution, publication and whatsoever other form of exploitation, including their modification, alteration or decompilation is absolutely prohibited.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: ROSOL takes no responsibility, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, but not limited to, the following: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, correct visualization, or the transmission of viruses or programs that are malicious or harmful in their content, in spite of having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid such occurrences.
7. MODIFICATIONS. ROSOL reserves the right to carry out, without prior warning, any changes to its websites it considers appropriate, being able to change, delete or add both content and services the websites offer as well as the way in which the contents and service are presented or located on its websites.
8. LINKS: In the case of www.rosol-technology.com having links or hyperlinks towards other Internet sites, ROSOL shall not exert any kind of control over those sites and contents. Under no circumstance ROSOL will assume the responsibility for any of the contents of any link belonging to other’s web sites. Not guaranteeing therefore, the quality, accessibility, reliability, accuracy, veracity and legality of any type of material or information included in these webs. 3. USO DEL PORTAL: El sitio web de la compañía ROSOL TECHONOLY S.L.U puede utilizar cookies. Consulte en este enlace nuestra Política de Cookies. Este Portal www.rosol-technology.com proporciona el acceso a multitud de informaciones, servicios, programas o datos (en adelante, «los contenidos») en Internet pertenecientes a ROSOL o a sus licenciantes, a los que el USUARIO puede tener acceso. El USUARIO asume la responsabilidad del uso del portal. Dicha responsabilidad se extiende al registro que fuese necesario para acceder a determinados servicios o contenidos, si fuera el caso. En dicho registro el USUARIO será responsable de aportar información veraz y lícita. Como consecuencia de este registro, al USUARIO se le puede proporcionar una contraseña de la que será responsable, comprometiéndose a hacer un uso diligente y confidencial de la misma. En cualquier caso, ROSOL no será responsable de las opiniones vertidas por los USUARIOS a través de los foros, chats, u otras herramientas de participación.
4. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS: ROSOL TECHNOLOGY S.L.U. cumple con las directrices de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, el Real Decreto 1720/2007 de 21 de diciembre por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica y demás normativa vigente en cada momento, y vela por garantizar un correcto uso y tratamiento de los datos personales del USUARIO. 5. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL E INDUSTRIAL: ROSOL por sí o como cesionaria, es titular de todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial de su página web, así como de los elementos contenidos en la misma (a título enunciativo, imágenes, sonido, audio, vídeo, software o textos; marcas o logotipos, combinaciones de colores, estructura y diseño, selección de materiales usados, programas de ordenador necesarios para su funcionamiento, acceso y uso, etc.).. Todos los derechos reservados. En virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 8 y 32.1, párrafo segundo, de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, quedan expresamente prohibidas la reproducción, la distribución y la comunicación pública, incluida su modalidad de puesta a disposición, de la totalidad o parte de los contenidos de esta página web, con fines comerciales, en cualquier soporte y por cualquier medio técnico, sin la autorización de ROSOL. EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS Y RESPONSABILIDAD: ROSOL no se hace responsable, en ningún caso, de los daños y perjuicios de cualquier naturaleza que pudieran ocasionar, a título enunciativo: errores u omisiones en los contenidos, falta de disponibilidad del portal o la transmisión de virus o programas maliciosos o lesivos en los contenidos, a pesar de haber adoptado todas las medidas tecnológicas necesarias para evitarlo.

MODIFICACIONES: ROSOL se reserva el derecho de efectuar sin previo aviso las modificaciones que considere oportunas en su portal, pudiendo cambiar, suprimir o añadir tanto los contenidos y servicios que se presten a través de la misma como la forma en la que éstos aparezcan presentados o localizados en su portal.

9. DERECHO DE EXCLUSIÓN: ROSOL se reserva el derecho a denegar o retirar el acceso a portal y/o los servicios ofrecidos sin necesidad de preaviso, a instancia propia o de un tercero, a aquellos usuarios que incumplan las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso.
10. GENERALIDADES: ROSOL perseguirá el incumplimiento de las presentes condiciones así como cualquier utilización indebida de su portal ejerciendo todas las acciones civiles y penales que le puedan corresponder en derecho.

12. LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN: La relación entre ROSOL y el USUARIO se regirá por la normativa española vigente y cualquier controversia se someterá a los Juzgados y tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid.
